1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BitVori's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

BitVori provides an AI-powered cryptocurrency trading platform that aggregates trading signals from multiple premium providers and executes trades on behalf of users. Our services include:

  • Automated cryptocurrency trading powered by artificial intelligence
  • Signal aggregation from trusted third-party providers
  • Portfolio management and tracking tools
  • Deposit and withdrawal services via Mobile Money and bank transfer

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be a resident of Uganda or an approved jurisdiction
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • Not be prohibited from using financial services under applicable laws

4. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Trading Risks

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • You may lose some or all of your invested capital
  • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile
  • You should only invest funds you can afford to lose
  • BitVori does not provide financial advice

6. Fees and Charges

BitVori charges fees for its services as outlined on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with 30 days' notice to users. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits are processed within 24 hours of confirmation. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending verification for security purposes. Withdrawals become available once your account holds paid investment packages totalling at least 40 USDT; the complimentary Starter package does not count towards this amount.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit our trading systems
  • Create multiple accounts or impersonate others
  • Engage in money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitVori shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, you may withdraw any remaining funds in your account, subject to verification requirements.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
